My Story
My story begins in poverty, where after my parents' divorce, my mother, siblings, and I moved in with my grandmother. Our home was a cramped four-room house, and our sleeping space was under the dining room table. These early hardships, from using cooking oil as body lotion to being marginalised for our poverty, shaped my resolve.
Despite these challenges, my mother instilled in me a deep belief in the power of education. She promised me a university education, igniting a dream within me that transcended my impoverished circumstances. I was one of the brightest in school, though I was modest about it and I had a dream and a determination to make it a reality. I initially aspired to be a doctor, but after a challenging start at WITS University, I shifted my focus to computer science at the University of Pretoria. This decision marked the beginning of my transformation.

Graduating with a degree in Computer Science, I immediately joined Dimension Data. My career flourished, and I achieved my childhood dreams: financial independence, a successful marriage, a family to die for, one of the best homes in the Northern Suburbs, and even rebuilding my mother's house into a double-storey structure. It may not be much for some people, but it was my childhood dream.
As a speaker and life coach, I share the three fundamental principles that guided me: Knowledge, Belief, and Action. Knowledge changed my mentality, belief in my dreams empowered me, and taking action was my pathway to success. These principles transformed my life from sleeping under a table to standing before you, living my dream life.
